Well at least that was the feeling of the 30 guys who attended on 10/19 as everyone there enjoyed a fine catered meal prepared by Jim Fingerlow of "Just say Cheesecake". The guys also enjoyed a 4 hour open bar, numerous prize giveaways and a great night of comradery. Too bad the Bills couldn't pull off the miracle win but at least they made it interesting till the end. Thanks to the Banquet committee of Dennis & Derek Wesolowski who did a great job on the prizes. Kudos to Matt Borowiec who stepped up and will assume the role of President next year. The VP will be Malan Frankosky. Mark Dotterwiech is coming back as Treasurer as is Todd Hummel as Secretary. Brian Taylor will be the new 50/50 split chairman. It's a wrap!
MIXEY & EDDIE Z. ARE 2020 CHAMPS !
In the most strangest years of all the 43 years of League existence, one of the strangest characters to ever tee up a ball in the League can now say he's a 1st time League Champ....MIXEY ! Eddie Z last tasted championship juice back in 2003 and gets his 2nd League triumph. The card below tells the tale as Mike Kwarciany blew out a gasket with a 56 to make it an easy win for the champs. The year-end banquet is coming up on Monday October 19th at the Third Warders Club starting at 5:30 PM. We'll be having a nice catered dinner and a few hours of open bar (no shots or top shelf booze) along with prizes and a 50/50 as well. Team Kwarciany-Kalota to meet Zebulske-Mix to decide Championship next week
While Mike Kwarciany and Vince Kalota were eliminating Doug Olewnik and Shane Ver Haque last week, the other semi-final match saw Jeff Mix and floater Jake Justice take out Moose Mulivich. That sets the table for the Championship to be contested next week September 28th, weather permitting. All other players meet around 4pm for yet another 2-man scramble. The year-end banquet will be on Monday October 19th starting at 5:30 pm at the club and will feature a catered dinner and a few hours of open bar (no shots or top shelf booze included). We will have prizes and a 50/50 raffle for you as well. We will need a head count before Columbus Day Oct. 12th so send us a YAY or NAY by email to kmiranto@gmail.com

Week 13 Report
Doug & Shane bounce defending champs Wesolowski's from the hunt
Mike Kwarciany and Vince Kalota dispensed Tom Zinni who was playing solo to advance to the semi-final round next week to face Doug & Shane. In the other matches Eddie & Mixie advanced and will face off against Moose who will be missing his ace Dave Higgins the rest of the way. Should be a whirlwind finish. The scramble was won by Lippy & John Kennis who snagged first prize of $90. No word from Matty B. on who won 2nd and 3rd place cash prizes. The handicaps below will be used the rest of the playoffs and for any scrambles the next two weeks.
Note new handicaps for Sept. 14th matches below. All non-playoff players will play some sort of scramble tournament on Sept. 14. Matt Borowiec will be cooking up something for us that you'll get advised on before then, I hope.
